My account has been repeatedly shut down this week, sometimes multiple times a day, and today I found out I've been permanently banned from TickTock for allegedly violating community standards. The content on my account remains the same, but I am unable to post new content since you banned me. This is the second time this has happened, despite having millions of shares on my videos. I feel frustrated and powerless because there is no option for me to appeal this ban.

I need help with my TikTok account as it has been mistakenly frozen. Despite not violating any of TikTok's policies, my views have dropped significantly since this happened. I believe my account was frozen because I unintentionally deleted some videos, which I didn't mean to do. I am sorry for this mistake and assure you it won't happen again. I have emailed TikTok with the following information: Update: We have another account under @whostheprettybestfriend_ that has also been banned. Please consider reinstating both accounts for us. Let's demonstrate to the bullies that they cannot continue this behavior. They are misusing the reporting system out of jealousy. This marks two accounts banned in less than a week. We have dedicated a lot of time to building up these accounts. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you. P.S. Resending: Good morning, I discovered this morning that our shared account, @anasharkey, with my 13-year-old daughter, has been banned. I have contacted TikTok multiple times over the past month regarding what we believe to be harassment and bullying targeting our account. Our content is often reported for no valid reason, likely by a group of young girls from my daughter's school who are bullying her. They exploit the anonymous reporting feature, repeatedly targeting us. Despite reporting this behavior on TikTok and receiving only generic responses, nothing has been done. I hope this email will receive the attention it deserves. Reinstating our account would boost my daughter's confidence and set an example for bullies. I believe there is a flaw in the reporting system that enables teen bullying. If needed, I am willing to collaborate for further investigation. I am a 56-year-old mother and grandmother facing serious threats on TikTok. The person posting false videos has caused immense stress, leading my sister to have a stroke recently. Her mental health has worsened, prompting her psychiatric team to consider admitting her for safety reasons. I reported the issue to your help page and emailed you directly, but I have not received a response. My account keeps getting logged in from different locations and devices without my knowledge. It was originally @kattrina_kiss and then changed to @kattrinakiss. Trolls attacked and hacked my account, which had 42k followers. I've had my account permanently deleted 9 times, with the last deletion being irreversible. During my live sessions, I would have 1k-8k viewers, sometimes reaching 55k in total. Trolls have caused issues by banning videos and ultimately resulting in a permanent ban of my account. I've observed unusual activity such as people being removed or added, messages sent without my knowledge, videos posted from drafts, videos set to private, and restrictions on going live while not using the app. I've also received threats regarding my TikTok account on other social media platforms. I urge you to investigate this matter and restore my account. I have attached relevant pictures for your reference, including proof of threats and suspicious logins.

Despite being able to restore it 8 times before, it was permanently deleted without my knowledge. My account had reached 42k followers, with live sessions attracting between 1k to 8k viewers. Trolls interfered, resulting in videos being banned and the account ultimately banned. I noticed unusual activity, such as deletions/additions of people, unauthorized messages, and strange video posts. I even received threats related to my TikTok account on other platforms. I attempted to report a video posted by a user named hotsteamytowel approximately 20 to 30 minutes ago. I have been unable to reach him, and the concerning part is that he inadvertently displayed his Social Security card with personal information in the video. It is crucial to have this video removed or notify the user to prevent identity theft.

My daughter's account was permanently banned because a girl falsely accused her of bullying and using inappropriate language. This led to severe online harassment with people sending harmful messages and even disclosing personal information. Despite our efforts to block and avoid the situation, the problem persists as this person continues to create new accounts to target us. I recently had a video removed from TikTok due to a community guidelines violation. The video was a duet, and originally, both videos were taken down. Subsequently, the other user whose content was involved had their account reinstated and their video remained up, while mine was still removed. I attempted to contact TikTok through multiple channels, starting with emailing [redacted] as prompted in the app notification. Unfortunately, I received a generic response directing me to the support website. Following the website's instructions to appeal by reporting a problem within the app led me back to the initial notification. This frustrating cycle repeated itself as each avenue redirected me elsewhere without resolving the issue. Even reaching out to [redacted] garnered a response in a different language, instructing me to revisit the app, restarting the ineffective process. It has been four days since my video was removed, and despite encountering various dead ends, I remain determined to appeal. Any assistance in navigating this ordeal would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am a creator from Slovakia, my TikTok username is miska_hrinka7. Recently, I have faced issues with receiving unjust blocks on my account. TikTok acknowledged that the first block I received was an error, citing a violation of community guidelines which was later deemed untrue. Unfortunately, I have now received another block, this time preventing me from posting for a week due to alleged violations of community guidelines. Despite my belief that I have not acted against the guidelines, I seem to be targeted by a group of individuals aiming to hinder my video uploads. This behavior may be considered cyberbullying. I kindly request assistance in addressing this issue. Additionally, considering TikTok's acknowledgment that I did not breach any guidelines, the repeated blocking of my profile seems unfair and should be investigated to prevent recurrence. I am experiencing harassment on TikTok. After being banned, I am unable to comment despite not violating any guidelines. Appeals are not being permitted, and my content keeps getting reported and deleted unjustly. Recently, my child's TikTok account, which only features video games with no comments, was permanently banned. It appears we are being targeted as someone even impersonated me using my name and profile picture. Despite reporting this, TikTok did not take action. I am reaching out because my TikTok account @raecastagno was unexpectedly banned for multiple violations, which is confusing since I have not posted anything in over a month. I only had two previous violations, and since then, I have been following all the rules without any issues. The video being circulated must be removed promptly to prevent further escalation. Repeated efforts to report the video have been unsuccessful as the person keeps reposting it. This has happened four times in a row, preventing me from using my account for the past three weeks. I am unsure of what I am doing wrong. As a TikTok creator, I've noticed a concerning trend of many creators being banned during live streams. It seems the reasoning is related to violations of community standards. I have some questions that I hope can be clarified: 1. Is playing music in the background, such as through Amazon Music on Amazon Alexa, considered a violation of community standards during a live stream? 2. Are host artists who conduct follow or grow parties facing bans for violating community standards, even though these events help creators gain followers and engagement? 3. Can gifts exchanged among creators during live streams to promote interaction be a reason for bans? 4. Is TikTok's recent crackdown on live streams where creators earn income through gifts and tips a violation of community standards, especially when this is a primary source of livelihood for many? 5. With the significant revenue stream some creators derive from these activities, one would assume TikTok would encourage more participation. Is this type of content truly not allowed? 6. Seeking clarity from TikTok's customer service has been challenging, as the answers provided are often generic. Improvements in customer support would be appreciated. I look forward to receiving honest responses that I can share with the community to dispel rumors and alleviate fears among creators regarding live bans on TikTok.
