Upgraded to family plan but family can’t play music

Apologies for the inconvenience. If your family members are having trouble playing music on Tidal, ensure they've been properly added to your Family plan. Each member needs their own Tidal account and you must invite them via email through your Tidal account settings. They need to accept the invitation to join the Family Plan through their own account. If you have completed these steps and the issue persists, make sure each user is logged into their respective Tidal accounts, not the main account. If the problem still is not resolved, it may be best for all members to log out, then log back in again.

why don't the tidal app play on my computer anymore?

Cannot log in to my tidal account
