If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle. The account holder needs to call in with all the information on the account.

I tried to reset my password... after I did, this message came, telling me that the token used was not valid. I got so frustvrated. Then I tried to get my account deleted. I was not successful in getting done. I am so put out with TextNow. After trying so many times with each issue, I gave up... I can't make call or can't text message... I am ** years old, I live alone, my children live away. I do hope you can get this problem solved for me. *Thank you very much for your help...*Idee Brackeen
