Hi Can someone at Telkom please give me a call. Telkom phoned months ago to upgrade my Telkom Business Package and then shortly after my landline has been disconnect for no reason so I can't make or receive any calls. I am a business owner so I am losing money due to the lack of service for contacting me your paying customer. I need this sorted like yesterday! Website contact forms and chat and "call me back" on the website are either not working or you are simply just not contacting your customers?
