To reset your password on Zimbra, go to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Follow the prompts to enter your email address and verify your identity. Once verified, you will receive instructions to create a new password. Be sure to check your email for any further steps needed to complete the reset.

To access your emails through Zimbra:home, visit the Zimbra webmail interface and log in with your credentials. Ensure you're using the correct username and password associated with your Telkom email account. Once logged in, you can view, send, and manage your emails from the interface.

If you bought airtime via the Capitec app and didn't receive it, verify your transaction in the Capitec app to ensure it was processed. Sometimes, there may be delays. If the transaction was completed but the airtime isn't credited, you may need further assistance.

If there's no network available on your device, try restarting your device, checking for network outages in your area, or ensuring your SIM card is properly inserted. If the issue persists, verify your account status and network settings.

Currently, Telkom does not support direct billing for YouTube subscriptions through your Telkom number. You will need to use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card, or PayPal linked to your YouTube account.
