To Whom it May Concern:**I received a digital Target Gift Card, which I added to my wallet in the Target app. When I went to use it, I could not find it in the app, so I went ahead and paid for my items without using the gift card. **I was later was able to find the gift card and made sure that it was added to my wallet. So I went to Target again, specifically to use the gift card, picked out a whole bunch of items, and checked out. When I went to use the gift card again, the cashier scanned my wallet, but it didn't register. I checked it again and it was in there, but the scanner wasn't reading it. **The cashier called over a manager. The manager explained that if the cashier scanned it the first time and it wasn't in my wallet, if I added it later, it still will not register. The solution was to start over and scan everything again. As I said, I had picked out a lot of items and there was a long line behind me, so I didn't want to inconvenience both the cashier and all of the other customers by doing that, especially when I wasn't even sure that that would work (I'm pretty sure that the gift card had been added to my wallet).**So I have gone to Target twice to use this gift card, but have been unable to use it. I feel like this is some kind of deception, getting people to go to Target to use a gift card, and then not allowing them to use it. It's beyond frustrating. I have always liked Target, but I am starting to feel scammed, and that is not a good feeling.**Please do something about this issue, whatever it is you need to do so that gift cards are read when the wallet is scanned. If it's in the wallet, it should not somehow "drop out".**Thank you fro your time.
