I am trying to pay my bills on-line as I do every month. I can no longer access my account, because the phone security feature is not working. I log on to my account and then go through that extra layer of security by having my phone ring and an automated operator gives me a six or seven digit code too input so I can access my accounts. This past weekend and even today that feature is not working. Is it a problem you are aware of or is it just limited to my account?! I need to be able to access my accounts on-line immediately today so I can pay important bills before they become overdue. My name is Donna Fein and my phone number is: ***-*******, thank you.
