My phone arrived with with a broken screen in three places, I've talked to several people and waited on line for over * hours, when i finally told things were settled not like i wanted but i was getting a placement, i was given a time and day which was *pm yesterday and someone would call. no one did do yawl want my business or what, because i still like fact that you want another payment that you'll place on my account once you get the broken phone that was sent to me that you'll don't take care of you just place the fact that it arrived on someone else and make me spend more money.i really feel like packing everything up and cancelling. I'm not liking t-mobile and my phone isn't even active
