The issue in GetHuman-cappleba's own words
T-Mobile has a serious truth-in-advertising issue and should fix it. The issue appears in the “Exclusive plan for ages ***” direct mail piece which I received a few days ago. The piece offers unlimited data, talk and text for people ages *** for “$**.***mo. For * lines each with AutoPay plus taxes and fees” — a direct quote with no punctuation. In English, that means two lines with unlimited everything for the rate quoted: $**.**. But that isn’t what the deal is. According to the T-Mobile website on *.**.**, the deal is $**.** for each line. Again, that is not what the direct mail piece says. This mail piece is criminal in the way it misrepresents the actual offer, especially in the *** audience environment.
They should either honor the offer the way it is actually written on the direct mail piece or send out a correction to all the potential customers they’ve scammed.
