My wife and I updated our phones on November **** to the XR phones and we really like our phones. The manager at the Yelm Highway Lacey Washington store signed us up for the military plan or Essentials plan for $** per month. I reiterated to her that we weren’t military but she insisted that it would be ok and everything would be taken care of. I’ve had to call every month since the upgrade to insist on getting this price. It was brought to our attention that we will be soon bumped off of this plan and will have to pay more. This is not acceptable to me as ones word is ones word and I was told this is the plan I would get. I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for past * years and only for short period of time left for another carrier, but before that I was with T-Mobile for many years. I don’t want to take my service elsewhere. Please reach out to me and keep me a satisfied customer.
