Got a sim card for prepaid line . Was porting cell from another company. Called to activate. Was talked into taking the ** dollar plan for a discounted rate of ** dollars. Service was live for * afternoon. Next day email claims to have canceled plan per my request( i never requested this) Then my attempts to get my service back into service i was told i would have to pay another ** to get it on. All attempts to receive my refund have been failed attempts. something is stuck between the fact that i started as a prepaid line being ported over and the monthly plan departments. please its been months. Just give me my money i have spent hours upon hours literally like ** hours on the phone!
