Greetings.**I entered one of your t mobile stores located at **** Lexington Avenue to pay a phone bill on the afternoon of january, *, **** at approximately *:**pm. Three employees were present and working there, chatting with customers and not even acknowledging that myself and others were waiting. customers behind me began to leave. after paitiently waiting for ** minutes i finally asked if i can pay a phone bill because i had to arrive at work and it would not take more than two minutes. **I was treated rudely by an employee who told me curtly that "well, you need to wait!" with her back turned towards me. I was unable to pay my bill, and my service will soon be turned off, causing problems for me. **I would like to know if it is common practice to treat customers as if they are second class citizens and make no effort to help, or at least explain that every effort has been made to deal with said customers. We support your business but can easily go to competitors with ease. I believe that better customer training needs to be provided to new hires at your locations.**Thank you.
