I wanted to come back to tmobile from verizon.**I went to the store and the tablet was not working so it needed to be called in.**I had my ssn, drivers license, address, full name spoken out lout over the phone.**I was then asked to tell him a 'pin' to protect my account. Really!**T-mobile is suprisingly cavalier with my personal identifiable data. I am upset at the waste of my time and surprised by the lack of security at tmobile.
