I am extremely disappointed in t mobile went to a store yesterday to get the bogo phone deal and store rep was great however started entering my info and needed a credit limit increase called cutomer care and was sent in circles for about an hour and finally was told since I has one late payment in the past ** months that my credit couldn’t be increased that’s bullshit. I’ve been with T-Mobile for ** years before it was even t mobile it was (Areal & voice stream) dedicating ** years of service means nothing to you so right now I’m looking into getting a new carrier. That will appreciate my loyalty.
