I am having trouble accessing one of my accounts on Clash of Clans. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like using different devices, clearing cache, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app, but the account still won't load. Interestingly, my other accounts load without any issues. When I try to access the problematic account, the loading bar fills up, but it doesn't progress further. This account is linked to my Supercell ID. I haven't received any emails about being banned, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. It seems like the account exists in the clan only by name. My game account is locked, and I am unsure how to unlock it. When I reached out to the help and support system, the response indicated that the information provided was not sufficient to recover the account. They inquired whether my lost account was linked to Supercell ID or Google Play. To recover a Supercell ID account, I need to search my emails for any references to Supercell ID, then go into the in-game Settings, tap on the “Disconnected” Supercell button, and log in. For a Google Play-connected account, I should access my game, go to Settings, tap “Connect with Google,” and select the correct Google account if there are multiple accounts on my device. This should prompt the option to load my game account.

I recently reached out to HayDay's Help and Support for assistance and was truly shocked by the disrespectful response I received from a representative named Sparky. His harsh demeanor left me in tears and physically upset. Despite being an avid player for over 3 years, I have never encountered such rudeness. I am 66 years old with heart issues and was so disturbed by the interaction that I had to take my nitroglycerin. This experience has left me reconsidering my dedication to the game at level [redacted]. I'm deeply disappointed that such behavior is tolerated by HayDay. As someone who has invested around $[redacted] into the game and recommended it to many, I feel let down. A few years ago, I didn't have a phone, so I used my brother's account on his email to play. When he no longer wanted to play, I continued using the account, changing my name from BenC4 to "Mark." Eventually, I got my own phone, played on it, and created a Supercell ID when it was launched. Later on, I tried to log into the account my brother gave me, but despite entering all the correct information, I was instantly banned without any notification to my brother. I invested a lot of money into that account and would like it back. If necessary, I will contact Supercell and escalate the issue further. Please consider reinstating my account, as I can verify that I am indeed his brother. Thank you.

In Hay Day, there is a frustrating issue where visiting customers can accidentally purchase your valuable rare items by blocking your truck or equipment. When attempting to access your truck, there is no double confirmation, leading to accidental sales of precious items if customers are obstructing your view. Instead of displaying the truck order board, clicking on the truck can result in unwanted sales to these customers.
This has caused significant losses in my game, including around 50 saws, TNT, and other valuable items. Despite reaching out to HayDay support for assistance, they have been unhelpful in resolving the problem or returning the stolen items.

I have encountered numerous cheaters in the Clash of Clans game. Despite sending various types of evidence to support my claims for months, they continuously deny any wrongdoing. I recommended they check out the Galadon Gaming website, where players often expose cheaters and malicious behavior. Additionally, my warbase was attacked three times within 10 hours, even though I had changed it. When I reported this to tech support, they refused to acknowledge it and accused me of causing trouble, resulting in the banning of my mini account, RightHandOfGod. I've been playing both accounts since the game's inception and simply want fair gameplay without cheaters ruining the experience. I kindly request the immediate reinstatement of my account. I have left two messages already. Please read and reinstate my account immediately. I am not a cheater. I simply report all the cheaters I find. It seems like the tech support team got tired of me pointing out the cheating going on, labeled me a disturbance, and banned my mini account, RIGHTHANDOFGOD. If you want to see lots of cheaters on Clash of Clans, you can visit the GALADON GAMING website where players post pictures of bots and malicious coding from cheaters worldwide. I should not be seen as a bad guy; I was only trying to help tech support. However, it seems like the CEO treats them poorly, keeping them in the dark. Despite their belief that the servers are safeguarded, they are actually full of cheaters, as you can see on the mentioned website. I am not the villain here. Perhaps there is a rogue tech support coding hacker within your company messing with players who leave negative reviews on the Google Play Store. A 10.82 billion-dollar company can resort to such tactics and more, leaving us powerless. Just locate the problematic individual and reinstate my mini account. Thank you.

I am disappointed with the recent changes to the game. The removal of global chat has made it extremely difficult to recruit clan members. There used to be an option to invite players, but now there is no way to communicate with them. Many players share my frustration, as I have checked with other clans who also miss the global chat feature. It seems unnecessary to have removed it. Arguments and disagreements were expected in a game setting, and it added to the experience of connecting with people worldwide. Please consider bringing back the global chat in the next update to improve the game for long-time players like me who have invested years in playing. My account with the ID 8JQ8899PU got banned due to a phisher hacking my Apple ID while I was close to reaching Legends in the game. I was at [redacted], a one-cannon, aiming to be the first cannon legend. The phisher threatened to ban and recover my account since he had my details from the Apple ID theft. Despite reaching out to support, they claimed the ban was due to account phishing, which is inaccurate. I've heard of cases where accounts were unbanned with fake screenshots after phishing, so bans can potentially be reversed. I urge for fair treatment and a proper review of my situation.

Supercell support team, I need assistance with my account which has been wrongfully permanently banned. My account name "nez" was a member of the FullSend clan. I can provide all details about my account. Recently, I was reported for using inappropriate language, but I was simply explaining a joke made by someone else. The phrases in question were meant to explain wordplay, not to offend. One involved a play on words with the names "Tony Hawk" and "Mike Hawk," and the other mentioned a Latin root word from my vocabulary book. These were innocent comments without any harmful intent. I feel unfairly banned from Clash Royale, a game I deeply enjoy and have invested time and money in. I have evidence and screenshots to support my innocence. I have encountered unauthorized charges on my bank and credit cards from supercell. Despite contacting my account holders and taking steps to resolve the issue, new charges appeared on my bank credit card and debit card six weeks later. Thankfully, my bank detected the unauthorized charges and halted any further transactions. I am currently waiting for this matter to be resolved, unable to use my credit card in the meantime. I will also need to reach out to companies with automatic payments. I urge supercell to enhance their online payment security and delete all my account information. I recently encountered a glitch in the legend league battle logs and reached out to in-game support for help. Despite initially receiving assistance and finding discrepancies in the new day start time calculations, the customer service supervisor, Rigas, was unhelpful and rude. I was banned from in-game help for bringing up the issue and was met with dismissive responses. I am a long-time player and just wanted to report the glitch without expecting anything in return. I can provide screenshots to prove that my battle day starts at midnight EST, not at 1 am or 3 am as suggested. The differing information provided by support staff might explain why my defenses didn't align correctly in the logs. The way I was treated by Supervisor Rigas was unacceptable, and I believe his behavior should be addressed by SuperCell as it reflects poorly on their customer service.

I am writing to address the distressing situation I am facing with my Clash of Clans accounts. After investing over 6 years into the game and spending approximately $6,[redacted] on my two accounts, one of which is a fully maxed Town Hall 12, I recently had both accounts banned. The ban occurred after my friend accessed one of my accounts, leading to both of our IDs being blocked.

I have been attempting to recover my account in Clash of Clans through the in-game help and support feature for over a week now. Despite numerous attempts, the bot keeps stating that my account cannot be found. I have also reached out via email, but their responses indicate that I am not providing the correct details. To test the system, I tried using a friend's account, which also was not found by the bot. The support team continuously advises me to contact them in-game, but this is proving impossible when the in-game support feature is not functioning correctly.
