I tried to use the HelpShift system only to get the standard reply, you get to no human interaction at all, I even mailed employees inside the company who read the mails but I had no response. I do not have a FaceBook account, so I cannot contact them through it ... Hi there, **Hi some of my accounts was banned yesterday, it says due to *rd party software but I never used any hacks or mods.**I cannot get help using the contact form, the automated HelpShift system, simply loops to automated.**I would not have worried, but I spend in excess of $**** USD on my main account Odin, I spend hours on the game since its inception, and made great friends.**As I cannot get any help using the front door I am coming in from the kitchen**I have been using Bluestacks to complete BuilderBase challenges, other than that I never used any third-party software programs to enhance my game. Look at my chat history I am online a lot as I have been unemployed for almost * years.***JG***JVQ* Odin*TH** Exp ******VUPV*JJC*Baldr*TH** Exp ********P*JPGL*Jotunn*TH** Exp ******L*P*PPQ**Loki* TH** Exp *****I even bought a Gold Passes for my main account, I have been unemployed for * years which allowed me to enjoy this game for longer periods than others, and to be honest I would not have been able to go through this period without Supercell. *On Account Odin (*JG***JVQ), my main, you will clearly see how much money I spend on gems and also gold passes, the others are secondary accounts, I spend over $**** USD.**Also please feel free to check my in clan chat activity, I do not have an idea why the system decide to mark me as using * party software, as I said the only third party software I ever used was Bluestacks to complete Builder Base activities.**I understand your efforts to bring a fair play environment to us, but I am an innocent victim in this. *I hope we can resolve this situation amicably, and thanks for your help my e-mail is *****@***.com
Their automated ban system is obviously broken, I spend over $**** USD on this game, why would I want to cheat
I do have other accounts as well and would love to know why I got banned at least so that I do not get them banned by using something on my phone or PC that would trigger a ban, the closest I got to using *rd party software was to use an Android Emulator to play the game which is not prohibited last time I read the TOC

Yes I mailed employees directly in the company, I used the website contact form where you simply been redirected to HelpShift in game where you get no help at all
