Hello, I am emailing because I had the incurrent amount of gems purchased from my account. After the global tournament I went to purchase $* worth of gems to get the *** gems needed for the rewards. After selecting the *** gems my iPad froze (as it usually does since it’s over * years old). It unfroze to ask me for my password, then froze again after I entered it. About a minute later it said purchase complete and charged me $** and gave me *,*** gems, which I did not intend on purchasing. I would like to have the $** refunded to my credit card and the **** gems removed from my account. All **** gems will remain in my account un-spent until I hear a response. Thank you very much for your support. I’m not exactly sure what information you need from me but my account name is “Mini Shook” and ID is *PPYLJYU*U. As you will see I have a legitimate track record of purchasing gems as well as on my main account which I believed is linked through the supercell ID as well if I’m not mistaken.
