I have encountered issues with discriminatory and insulting behavior from Clash Royale staff members along with them ignoring my complaints. The game constantly froze causing me to lose battles and money. They initially offered me a refund after providing screenshots of proof upon deactivation. I agreed, used up my gems, gathered evidence totaling $[redacted], and submitted it. However, they have since stopped communication, closed conversations without addressing me, and have been incredibly disrespectful. I am frustrated and angry. After getting a new device, I attempted to switch my Clash of Clans account and unfortunately lost access to it. I was very upset about losing my village because I had dedicated years to playing the game. Luckily, I have now found a way to retrieve my account with the following details:

I was recently playing on my banned account, Break-Fast, when I remembered I had an old account from years ago at town hall 11. I reached out to support to see if I could retrieve it but they required the account creation date and first purchase receipt, which I couldn't provide since I was only 10 or 12 when I made it. Instead of offering an alternative, Supercell banned my new account that I made in high school. I am now 18 and close to graduating. Is there a way to appeal the ban on my account, Break-Fast, which is a nearly maxed out town hall 9 belonging to the top Clan?

I am trying to recover an old account I made 6-8 years ago. During a support chat for my current account, the supporter requested evidence to retrieve the old account, which I couldn't provide due to its age. As a result, my current account, Break-Fast, was permanently banned on suspicion of phishing. I have invested a lot of time and money into this Town Hall 9 account with Builder Base 8, and I am a member of the top clan. Supercell, please assist me in regaining access to my account. Thank you.

I am having trouble setting up a Supercell ID. The game recognizes my Town Hall but requests a Supercell ID. I signed up on the website, but I cannot find my Supercell ID except for the identifier in the upper right corner. Upon returning to the game, it prompts me for my email and a code, but the email I receive states there is no Supercell ID associated with it. I am also experiencing issues with syncing Clash of Clans. I have a Supercell account and need assistance in getting them to work together. Every time I log back in, the game asks if I want to sync, and I certainly do. This is proving to be a challenging problem to resolve.

I regret my behavior during the altercation with another player. I understand now that my response was inappropriate and immature. I deeply apologize for my actions. I have been an active player of this game for over three years and have even invested in in-app purchases. Prior to this incident, I have never received a ban or warning. I am willing to accept a temporary suspension as a consequence for my actions, but I sincerely hope to avoid a permanent ban. I received a two-day ban on Clash due to alleged inappropriate language. I rarely use the global chat and mostly communicate within my clan. Though I understand it's just a temporary ban, the warning about a permanent account deletion is concerning. I never engage in racist language, and my clan values respect and unity. I reached level 6 in the game and purchased gems for $5, expecting to spend only that amount. To my surprise, I received much more than expected. Upon checking my iTunes account later, I noticed I now have $54 instead of the initial $80. I am certain the purchase was for $5. I would like a refund for the full amount, including the initial $5. I've been in touch with a representative regarding my Clash of Clans account. I stopped playing a few years back and now wish to recover it. I am requesting free gems from the company due to misleading advertisements. When boosting Barracks, spell factories, and heroes by 4x, I expect a proper increase of [redacted]%, leading to a 5x normal rate of operation. The clock tower claiming an 8x faster boost for 10 minutes should actually result in a 9x speed improvement.
Upon discussing this issue with a support agent, I was acknowledged as correct, yet the conversation ended without resolution or compensation. I have tried multiple times to reach out for assistance, only to face repeated disappointments. I kindly ask for the company to rectify this situation and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused by these inaccuracies.

I lost access to my Boom Beach account under the name HansPaguigan/Doji with Player Tag: #GQC2809V.
I accidentally disconnected my Boom Beach account from Google Play Games and sought help from in-game support to recover it. They advised me to create a Supercell ID to regain access to my account.
On November 5, [redacted], while playing Boom Beach, the game suddenly crashed. Upon reopening the game, a pop-up appeared stating that my account was banned due to alleged phishing attempts. I am confused by this ban as I have never engaged in such activities.
Furthermore, when I checked my Boom Beach account HansPaguigan from my second account Firelord, I noticed that my banned account's name had been changed to Doji, indicating possible hacking.
