I was trying to open up my defense tab and was just tapping my screen to fast. ... I made an accidental purchase on Clash of Clans. It was a Special Offer for $**.** and the total is $**.** after purchase. I was not meaning to buy it and would like to have the money returned to me. The transaction ID is: GPA.****-****-****-***** it took place on Mar **, **** *:**:** PM CDT. Since this was accidental I would appreciate it if I could have a refund and none of the resources were used that was given to me.
This wasn't really frustrating because it was my fault but have a confirmation question would be nice to have just incase.
I would love to have a refund since it was an accident and nothing that was given to me has been used.
I have been a consumer since the first launch of Clash of Clans. And still play it just as often for when it first came out.
I contacted my bank and they wouldn't allow it since it's a purchase through your company and only you can give me the money back.
