I accidentally violated the Supercell terms of agreement due to my greed. An individual with the ID XxJ.PxX offered me their account for free, and I accepted without realizing it was a scam. After entering their email into my Supercell account, I lost control, and my account name Josh was changed to XxJ.PxX 2. My previous gamer tag was #220R9CVVQ, and I was the leader of the level 2 clan ENDGAME. I am a level [redacted] TH9. Regrettably, my account was manipulated. I seek Supercell's assistance in reclaiming my account. I am sincerely sorry for my actions and assure you that this will not happen again.

I regret to inform SuperCell that I unintentionally violated the terms of service due to my lack of caution. I was approached by another player with the ID XxJ.PxX offering to transfer their account to me for free. Trusting them, I logged out of my account and unknowingly transferred it to their email address, resulting in them taking over my account. My original account under the name Josh was the leader of the level 2 Clan ENDGAME, with the gamer tag 220R9CVVQ, and I had reached level [redacted] as a Town Hall 9 player. Currently, my account has been renamed to XxJ.PxX 2, and it has been misused by the scammer in a req and leave clan. I deeply regret my actions driven by a momentary lapse in judgment and greed. I seek SuperCell's assistance in recovering my account and sincerely apologize for my mistake, assuring that I have learned from this experience and will never repeat such actions again.

I recently reinstalled Clash of Clans on my iPhone and tried to recover my level 9 Town Hall account created on my iPhone 6. I reached out to the app's help and support, and after exchanging messages with a representative, I provided information to verify ownership. However, I was asked to clarify my responses due to one unclear answer regarding the account creation date. I couldn't recall the specific month and year. I promptly responded again, but the next day, upon checking the app, I received a message stating my account was permanently banned for alleged phishing attempts. This ban is unwarranted as I was only trying to regain access to my own account. I seek a swift resolution to this issue. Thank you.

Hello Supercell Support, I was active in the Clash of Clans game. My username is "#ADM" with an XP level of 96 and Town Hall 9. Unfortunately, my account was permanently banned due to a phishing attempt. I am requesting a review of my case as I believe there was a misunderstanding. During the recovery process, I provided some details thinking it was my account. The lack of clear indication led to the ban. I sincerely apologize for the confusion and assure you it will not happen again. I never expected this inquiry to result in a ban. I urge you to reconsider my case. I believe there was a mistake on your end. I can explain the situation regarding another account "unknown" related to clan "RISING TITANS." I used to be a co-leader in "RISING TITANS" and have a history with the clan. I was not warned that the account I was trying to recover was not mine. The ban was swift without prior notice. I reached out to the app's help and support and provided information to prove ownership. After some back and forth, they asked me to clarify answers to their questions. Despite my best effort, I couldn't recall the exact creation date. I responded again, only to discover my account was permanently banned for alleged phishing attempts, which is not true. Hello Super Cell, Recently, my account, THE DESTROYER #GQ2VQCLY, was hacked by someone I know. They changed the name to 'Body Builder' after not being able to register a Super Cell ID and having me do it for them. As a result, they gained access to my account. Since I didn't attach my email to my Super Cell ID, I have evidence to prove the account is mine. Please disconnect the Super Cell ID from the email [redacted] and connect it back to my email, [redacted], which is linked to my account. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I used to be part of the clan "RISING TITANS" where I was a co-leader alongside some schoolmates two years ago, and the situation regarding the account I tried to recover was due to a misunderstanding, not phishing. The ban occurred without any prior warning or clarification that the account I was trying to access was not mine. Given my active and respectful participation in a level 15 clan called "KERALA," it seems improbable that I would attempt to take over a level 13 account, especially when my own account is at level 96 with no history of bans. Hey Supercell, I have a new character idea that I wanted to share with you. What if there was a brawler with a unique Star Power that allows them to deploy a tower as a mini-map locator revealing enemies? This tower could be destroyed by other players, have a timer, or limited health. Additionally, another power could be introduced where a brawler can disable an opponent's power-ups temporarily. Lastly, a brawler with a healing power similar to Poco's but acting as a shield that boosts the character's health could be interesting. Around five years ago, I initially played Clash of Clans on a Samsung tablet, but later put the game on my friend's iPhone to play at school without data. Unfortunately, without realizing it, my account ended up linked to her Apple ID. In [redacted], I got an iPhone and started playing with a new account (account 2). Recently, I tried to recover my original account (account 1) without success. My Samsung tablet is no longer compatible, and linking it to my iPhone didn't work due to the Apple ID issue. After trying to recover account 1 through account 2 with a friend's help, I accidentally triggered a ban from Supercell for apparently attempting to phish an account. Now, I'm unable to access either account. I just want to enjoy playing the game, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated after this unfortunate series of events.

My Clash of Clans account, "Mastin," at Town Hall level 12, has been hacked by another player with Town Hall level [redacted] and tag #PPGOVPU9L. Despite logging into my Supercell ID, I cannot access my village, and the hacker has even changed my name to "Sanjay Yaduvans." The hacker is making every effort to take full control of my account. I am reaching out for help to stop the hacker's access. This is my second attempt to remove the hacker's access by contacting support via email. I hope to receive a prompt response and for appropriate action to be taken against this hacker. Thank you in advance.

I recently purchased the $99.99 package, and it has been charged to my credit card. However, I have not received the gems. Additionally, about a week and a half ago, Google Play offered a bonus for purchasing gems, where I was supposed to receive 1,[redacted],[redacted] elixir and gold for free, but I was charged $50 instead of it being free. In total, I am missing $[redacted] worth of gems. How can we resolve this issue? Should I contact my credit card company and report fraudulent charges from Supercell? I make frequent gem purchases and want to ensure I am not being cheated.

Hello, I have been accused of account phishing on Clash of Clans, leading to a permanent ban. I reached out to the support team and dealt with Maria B. After answering some questions about my old account that I hadn't used for years due to a broken device, she banned me without explanation. I simply want to play the game on my new account but keep encountering the permanent ban message. I've tried various solutions like reinstalling the app and creating a new Apple ID but nothing works. Good afternoon. I was playing Clash of Clans under the account name #Piccolo at 6:50 AM ET today. When I logged on at 7:50 AM, I noticed my base had been reset. While seeking help from Angie through the in-game contact section and preparing to provide screenshots of my purchase history to prove ownership, I suddenly received a ban for account phishing. I believe this ban was unjust as I was only trying to recover my legitimately owned account, providing all the necessary information and evidence. I was banned while in the process of demonstrating my account's authenticity. I am confused and frustrated by this situation as I have all the information needed to verify my ownership and I was unfairly banned in the middle of this process.

Hello, I'm Evan Rogers, and I play Clash of Clans with the username goodburger. I've been enjoying the game for four months now. Yesterday, I decided to purchase a large amount of coins and gems as I was feeling good, but today when I logged in, my entire account had been reset. I lost my level, coins, base, and most importantly, my hard-earned gems. I would greatly appreciate it if there is any way to restore my account. I spent many hours after long school days building it up, so any help in recovering it would be wonderful.

Yesterday, I attempted to recover my old Town Hall 11 account through Clash of Clans' contact option in the app. Despite several attempts and conversations with the support team, my account was permanently banned for what seems like creating fishing accounts. I am puzzled as I was only interacting with your representative. I would prefer to keep my Town Hall 8 base that I had before this issue. I have been a long-time player and do not comprehend why I was banned just for seeking help via support chat. Kindly reach out to me on my account named Tony, a Town Hall 8 with an XP level of 78. Three years ago, I managed a level 6 clan with various accounts using different phones due to the lack of separate email addresses for each Apple ID. Recently, I returned to playing Clash of Clans and successfully rejoined the clan after recovering my iPhone 4, albeit after multiple hours. However, the account with the leader role is linked to my old iPad, which does not support the latest version of Clash of Clans for iPads and rejects updates. I am unable to access the iPad account to transfer leadership, assign a Game Center account (which I can provide), or designate a new leader manually. The iPad account, named Capt. Morgan and at Town Hall 7 in the clan "The Six" at level 6, is the one I wish to manage, ideally passing on leadership duties or updating the account. The unique ID number for the account is #2PL82VRL.

I am trying to recover my high school account that I created 5 years ago. I spent a lot of time on that account before losing touch with it. Recently, my friends encouraged me to try and retrieve my original account. However, after providing the necessary information to locate it, I was unfairly banned from the game permanently. I have always followed the game's terms of service during the 6 years of playing Clash of Clans and I have never violated any rules. I have invested a significant amount of money into the game and simply wish for my account to be reinstated or reset. My username is Sir Griffindor2, my town hall level is 6, and my ID is P8GC0GVUR. I estimate my XP level to be between 50-60. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your time and I hope to resume playing Clash of Clans soon!

I used my sister's email for my Supercell ID because I didn't have one. Yesterday, I had internet issues but fixed them today. When I tried to switch accounts, it asked for a verification code that was supposed to be sent to my sister but didn't arrive. Now, she received it, and a screen requested an unlock code due to security measures, saying: "Your account has been locked for security reasons. Enter the unlock code to recover your account." My player tag was YPUPUUPLV, and I was a Town Hall 8, Village Level 77, in the clan "Love and Love" which was a Level 4 clan. I am willing to provide my personal email, not the one linked to the account.
