I began playing Clash of Clans when it was released. After a hiatus of 3 to 4 years, I resumed playing on my brother's old account due to difficulty in accessing my original account. However, my SuperCell ID and village were banned for alleged "phishing different accounts" when I attempted to recover my original account. In my communication with customer support representative "Marie Ka," my account was banned despite my innocence. Perhaps due to my prolonged break, I struggled with some verification questions. I last played the game 3 to 4 years ago and have no ill intentions. I am eager to appeal the ban and reclaim access to my original account. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am Callum Metcalf. I reached out to you previously via Instagram. The tag I provided belongs to my secondary account that was acquired from a friend in America. His main account is "Samoht" in the clan where my other accounts are also present (NO DOLPHINATOR). I am reaching out today due to a recent ban I received on my main account "NOVA" for "PHISHING." I admit to attempting to access two random accounts from my friends list initially. I managed to recover my iPad account "MUDKIP1234" successfully. Subsequently, I attempted to access inactive accounts as I preferred not to have an active user's account on my phone. Regrettably, I was unaware of the terms of service, as I am a young teenager and tend not to read such agreements. I am a dedicated fan of Clash of Clans and have been playing Supercell games, particularly Clash Royale, since their inception. I downloaded Clash Royale on my new iPhone 7, hoping to continue playing on my existing account. After struggling to access my old account, I contacted their chat-based help service. I went by the name Topz, was level ten, and led the TnMs clan. They found my account and inquired about my previous devices (Samsung Galaxy S8 and iPhone 6). I explained that I lost access due to breaking my Galaxy S8. Hoping to regain access, I eagerly awaited a response. Sadly, when I checked today, I discovered I had been permanently banned from the game. This is frustrating as I provided all requested information. I have invested years into the game, almost unlocking every card. Please assist me.

I have multiple accounts linked to my Supercell ID, and I am having trouble regaining control of my old clan on Clash of Clans. The player I left in charge has been inactive for months, and I have been unable to reach them. Without a leader or co-leader, I am limited in my abilities within the clan. I am requesting assistance to either restore me as the leader or co-leader so that I can manage the clan, start wars, adjust settings, and communicate with members. The clan is called UNITED WARRIORS, and my main base is SABERTOOTH. Currently, there are only 9 members in the clan. I have been playing Clash of Clans for over 4 years and have upgraded my village to TH12. This morning, I discovered that my account has been hacked by someone from Russia who is taunting me on the forum, switching clans, and spending all my gems.

- My email associated with Supercell is [redacted]
- My main email is [redacted]
My username was originally Tetsoulo, but it has been changed to SkLif. This person claims to be Russian and says they have access to all my data.
I have changed my passwords, but they keep getting back into my account. I need help to resolve this issue and restore my village.
I have run out of options and I am now counting on your expertise to solve this problem that is causing me a lot of trouble.

Approximately a year ago, I acquired a new phone. Following the setup, I logged into Game Center and proceeded to download Clash of Clans. The game prompted me to recover my account, to which I agreed. However, upon doing so, I was placed into the tutorial and my previously built base was nowhere to be found.
I had not felt the urge to play until recently, and the loss of my near maxed-out Town Hall 9 base with all 5 builders purchased is disheartening. The account was under the name Superman. I am currently unsure of the account ID, but I am reaching out to friends in an attempt to retrieve it.
Is there a way to recover my lost account? I had invested significant time and money into this base.

I have been banned for "phishing for accounts," but my old account, Mack031, is mine. After trying to remember the devices I last played on from over 5 years ago, I was mistaken with my answers. I believe this ban is unfair. I have been playing this game since its launch and have invested a significant amount of money into it. I kindly request to have my most recent account, Mack0031, unbanned so I can enjoy playing the game again. I've been playing Clash of Clans for a couple of years on both my old iPad and cell phone, but I no longer have access to those devices. After purchasing a new phone and trying to recover my old village, I got locked out for phishing. Fortunately, one of my old clan members helped me by showing that our clan was still active and providing me with the screenshot of my village ID number, username, and clan name. I have an old account named "itsamaddog" that I used to play on. I stopped playing when I was at a max town hall 9 and believe I had just upgraded to town hall 10. My ID was hacked on March 17, [redacted]. It all started when a Champion League player named AD joined my clan. He asked for my ID, and when I agreed, he told me to use "[redacted]" as my ID and to log in to Supercell ID. I was prompted for a verification code, which he provided. Then, he instructed me to reinstall Clash of Clans, claiming he had hacked my account, and changed my game name to "deadmean." Now, I can't access my account as the required verification code isn't arriving via email. Please assist me in retrieving my account from the hacker or banning it. I'm unable to play while the hacker continues using my account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I lost access to my original Clash of Clans account from [redacted] about three years ago. In an attempt to recover it using my newer account, I visited clashofclansplayers.com as suggested by a clan mate since I couldn't remember my old username. After confirming the name associated with my old account, which started with GCVV, with the tag GCVV20GG, I clicked on "view in game" and unintentionally violated the Supercell contract, leading to a ban for phishing. Despite trying to recover my original account before the ban, I now can't access the game at all due to the ban. I'm unable to log in without a Supercell ID. All I want is to regain access to my original base on which I had spent over $[redacted]. I've contacted Supercell support twice, but they haven't been helpful and directed me to do the recovery from inside the game, which I can't do. I'm seeking assistance in retrieving my original account.

Yesterday, my Clash of Clans account was hacked. While on global chat, a member offered to give away their account for free. Thinking their base looked strong, I accepted. They requested to be invited to my clan and added me as a friend. Then, I was asked to register their Gmail account on my Supercell ID. I entered the OTP sent to them via email, and immediately after, I received multiple messages stating someone was trying to access my account. Eventually, I noticed my account had been hacked, and I was removed from my clan.

My Town Hall 9 account was banned in Clash of Clans for phishing. I am new to the game and didn't realize I couldn't help a friend recover their account when their iPad broke. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and assure you it won't happen again. I was unaware of the game's rules and terms of service, but I will thoroughly read and adhere to them going forward. My husband and I are huge fans of Supercell games. I have a 6-year-old account. We recently started playing Clash of Clans again after my husband re-downloaded the game. However, I couldn't find my village and ended up logging into my Facebook account to search for my brother, who was in the same clan as us in the past. We located our old villages at around level 52. We have tried contacting you through the app to recover our accounts, but both of our accounts have been banned in the last 24 hours.

I'm confused about why I was banned. The person kept spamming me with invites to his clan despite me saying no. He continued to harass me even after I accidentally joined. When I asked him to stop, he started insulting me. Even after I left, he kept spamming me. I think it's unfair that I got banned when I repeatedly asked him to stop and you didn't take any action against him.
