I started playing Clash of Clans either on June or July, and it has been my first time on the game ever! Months passed and I’ve been working hard on my base, getting on daily, being Co-leader to a clan called “Gertie”, maxing everything out, buying gems, etc.. but recently I’ve had a problem. My friend got a new phone and was trying to recover his account through my phone AND through my account. I didn’t think anything wrong of it since I don’t really know much about COC yet. So, as he was trying to recover his account, he finally gave up, and I went home, started playing as I normally do. Nothing happened until I got off and I start getting text messages from people in my clan asking me why I left!? Me being confused, I get on Clash and to my surprise I WAS BANNED! It says “banned permanently for account phishing”, which at first I had no idea what that meant! So now that I know, I realize it was probably because my friend was trying to recover HIS account through my phone? It honestly isn’t fair to me since I’ve been working hard on my village, even spending money to buy gems.. all for it to get deleted*banned for no reason. I’ve been trying to get help on the “contact us” option, but of course nobody has answered me in the past * days. I want to have a real conversation with a real person. I even emailed you all but sadly I got an automatic response. My player tag is GONE, since my account was deleted and I never have screenshotted that, but I do have pictures of my old*bases when I was a Town Hall * & *, I can tell you what my username was before i changed it, I can show you my receipts, ANYTHING! I just want my account back, if that was the problem then now I know not to let anyone log in on my phone. I’ve read that Super Cell only gives people ONE chance to get their account back, so what I’m asking here is, can you all please give me my one chance? I would hate to start all over, actually I don’t think I’ll even have the energy of starting all over, so please can you all just help me out here. I’ve tried everything to contact you all please.
