Hello, my name is Prosenjit Sarkar. My Gmail account is [redacted] and my mobile number is [redacted]. My Gmail account has been inaccessible for the last six days. Despite multiple attempts with my password, I am unable to log in as it keeps showing the password as incorrect. When trying the "forgot password" option and entering the OTP, I do not get the choice to set up a new password or to resend a password. I have also tried the recovery options with no success. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly, as this Gmail account is crucial for my job as a Salesman Representative dealing with distributors' claims.

Dear Supercell, I am reaching out to address an issue I encountered with my account, DaBeastOfClash #8GVL02LL2. After switching to a new device, I mistakenly connected my Supercell ID to the wrong account, a town hall level 2. This error led to my primary account also loading as a town hall level 2, causing me to lose access to my progress in a seemingly unfortunate manner. Hello, I received a permanent ban for attempting to claim my brother's account, which he gave me as he joined the army and couldn't manage it. I sought help from in-game support but was banned for phishing without a proper explanation. They asked me four questions which I answered truthfully, yet I woke up to a ban message. I believe a shorter ban would be fair as I only wanted to use my account to relax after work. I no longer need the other account, just mine back. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. - Collin

I was involved in a car accident where my phone was stolen. I had to buy a new one, but now the person who has my old phone is using my Clash of Clans account. I don't have access to my old email and password, so I am currently using my mom's email. I am not sure if my account was linked to Supercell ID or Google Play. I forgot my password, and my Gmail ID was deleted. Additionally, my mobile was formatted, causing me to lose my village. I have been seeking help through the help and support FAQ option, but my agent, Sparky, has not been listening to me. Despite providing details about my lost account, I keep receiving messages that Google couldn't verify if the account belongs to me. I have attached some screenshots for reference. I appreciate the assistance I received previously, though the suggestions provided have not been effective. I hope that SuperCell can address the issue in the FAQ regarding Agent Sparky and verification problems.

Good morning Supercell. I have reached out to Supercell multiple times regarding the suspension of my account for safety reasons in the game. I was asked to answer a set of questions, one of which requested the month and year I created my account. My account is a Town Hall 9 with the tag #29RJLLY88, named "Sak:P," and in the clan Heirs of Hell. Despite proving my identity through multiple emails, I have not received a response. It is frustrating to have lost my account that I dedicated years of hard work to. I am hopeful that you can assist in unblocking my account. Thank you.

Hello, Good day to you. I was offered an account in the German global chat, claimed to be given away. The account's name is "cheers," ID 2GC2JROQU. It joined my Dragon Collectors, a level 8 clan. The person left me contact information and we chatted via Facebook Messenger. I've had two accounts for a few years now, "camouflage" with ID 8U8JRJ08G, and "violet" with ID 8UGGGYG88, who was the leader of the clan. I've never used a Supercell ID, always logged in through my Game Center account associated with my email address [redacted] The fraudster tricked me into linking my "violet" account to his email address; unknowingly transferring it to him. When he tried the same with my "camouflage" account, I became suspicious. He confessed to being a fraud and demanded my "camouflage" account or he would dissolve the clan. I immediately canceled my credit card. I have documented the entire chat on Facebook and in the clan chat. Tomorrow, I will report this to the police. However, I still want my account back. I want to clarify that the clan, JEPRUT_WAR, was hacked, and the original account owner lost access. I only tried to help the owner by contacting Supercell using my account Sena9044. Please verify this information with the account owner or the current deputy leader, Danoe Abashe2. It would be unfair if my account, Sena9044, which was trying to help a friend in need, is now the one suffering. I started playing Clash of Clans in June or July, and it's my first time trying the game. I've dedicated a lot of time to my base, becoming a Co-leader in the "Gertie" clan, maxing out everything, and purchasing gems. However, I encountered an issue recently. A friend attempted to recover his account using my phone and inadvertently accessed my account. After he gave up, I returned to playing as usual. I was surprised to find out that I had been permanently banned for "account phishing," a term I wasn't familiar with at first. I believe this happened because my friend tried to recover his account through my device. This ban feels unjust as I have invested a lot of effort and money into my village. Despite my attempts to seek help through the "contact us" option and emails, I have not received any responses in three days. I am willing to provide evidence such as old base pictures and receipts to prove my innocence. I hope to be given a chance to recover my account, as I cannot imagine starting over from scratch. I kindly request assistance from a real person at Supercell to resolve this situation.

My TH11 account is connected with Supercell, but my TH10 account is having trouble connecting. When I try to log in to Supercell from the settings, my TH11 account doesn't activate, and instead, my TH10 account connects. I am using [redacted] for TH10 and [redacted] for TH11. I need assistance as my TH10 account is linking instead of my preferred TH11 account, which is my favorite for playing Clash of Clans with Supercell.

Dear Supercell, I am reaching out because my brother recently passed away, and my Clash of Clans account is linked to his email address, [redacted], which I cannot access. My account name is NoRecoil, and it has remained unchanged for approximately two years. I used to play on a Huawei Honor 7, while my brother played on a Samsung S6. My Town Hall level is 10, with all walls black and a few yellow ones. My Barbarian King was around level 18, and the Queen around level 7. All the troops I had were maxed out, with a total of 4 builders. I achieved the best trophies in challenges about two years ago. Although I have my [redacted] account on my now destroyed Huawei Honor phone, my brother changed the password to that account before his passing.
