I recently visited the Subway restaurant at 9290_3 Northwood Ab in Jax, FL. I have been a customer at various Subway locations in town for over 30 years, such as the one on Merrill Rd and at the Publix plaza. Today, on 4/11/22, I encountered an issue at this particular restaurant. They had a sign suggesting wearing a mask at the entrance, which is common at most Subways I visit. However, they made it mandatory for me to wear one to be served while other customers were not following this rule inside. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was asked to leave, leading me to believe there was discrimination involved. I tried to raise my concerns with the management but was denied service and left feeling unheard. I shared my experience with another Subway location, where the manager sympathized with my situation and encouraged me to file a complaint. I'm speaking up not just for myself but for all individuals who may face similar discrimination based on their ethnicity. I hope for a resolution or acknowledgment from the higher authorities soon.

I encountered significant frustration with the payment process on your website. When trying to use two gift cards along with my credit card, the site did not allow me to split the payment as needed. Despite my efforts and over an hour spent, I could only apply one gift card and had to cover the rest with my credit card. This issue led to a disappointing delay in our dinner plans. Furthermore, I couldn't find a way to reload my Subway card or reach customer service for immediate assistance. Thankfully, the Subway located at Blakely Road in Colchester, VT managed to salvage the situation by providing exceptional service as they faced their own bread shortage. They truly impressed me with their efforts to make our meal enjoyable. I do hope to receive a response regarding this distressing experience I encountered on April 15 between 5:45 pm and 6:45 pm.

The lack of tomatoes and onions in my sandwich was disappointing. After ordering a half sub at a total cost of $8.42, I discovered a bag of chips was included without my consent. The sandwich tasted awful without the expected condiments, only having lettuce as a topping. Better communication about missing ingredients is necessary to avoid such situations. Despite feeling obligated to proceed with the purchase, the experience was not satisfactory. I am seeking a refund for the sub, priced at $6.53. I placed an order at SUBWAY #[redacted]-0 in Riverside, CA on May 13, [redacted], at 4:30 PM with Order # 1CE66F39-50 for pickup at 5:30 PM. When my wife and I unwrapped our sandwiches at home, we discovered that the bread was flaking, hard, and dried out. This occurred despite not requesting the bread to be toasted. Upon returning to the store to address the issue, the counter person handed me another piece of bread that had the same quality. They mentioned that the bread might have been leftover from a previous shift. I requested freshly made sandwiches and eventually received a refund of $11.95 charged to my debit card but did not receive the $2.00 My Way Reward used along with a "2 for $12.99 coupon." We are long-time customers of SUBWAY and found this experience disappointing, hoping for better training for employees to ensure the freshness of the sandwiches served.

I'm Raven Coyle, an employee at a Subway in Clarendon, TX, where Callie is the general manager. Unfortunately, there have been ongoing issues at work. Despite my dedication to my job, after calling in sick twice in a month due to injury and illness, I faced repercussions from Callie. When I couldn't complete tasks due to a busy day and had a personal errand, I stood up for myself, but this led to reduced hours and unwelcoming treatment. The workplace lacks rule adherence from other employees, and even though I am relatively new, I have faced unfair treatment since advocating for myself. It has been a challenging situation.

I recently visited the Subway store in Steeleville, IL. I ordered a BLT sandwich, making sure to emphasize the "BLT" part to avoid any confusion with BMT. Despite my efforts, the sandwich maker prepared a BMT. I politely asked for it to be corrected and specified my desired toppings. Upon getting home and biting into the sandwich, I discovered it was filled with jalapeños despite my request to exclude them. Unfortunately, by the time I noticed the error, the store was closed and unreachable. This experience has left me disappointed and my meal ruined. I believe a refund or a correctly made sandwich without any extra charge would be a fair resolution to this situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On June 2nd, [redacted] around 2:30 pm, customers at the Subway located off West Capitol and Harbor experienced discomfort due to the behavior of two young Iranian men who were being loud and aggressive. Their gestures indicated hostility, which is inappropriate, especially in a food service setting. The customers felt the situation escalated unnecessarily when the men refused to honor a coupon and became confrontational. As a long-time patron of this Subway since [redacted], I hope such behavior can be addressed by management promptly to ensure a welcoming environment for all customers.

I would like to speak to a customer service representative directly instead of through email. When I recently visited a Subway restaurant, it was extremely hot inside as the air conditioning was not working. The staff members were working hard in the heat, and I believe it's unfair to keep the store open under such conditions. It seems unsafe for them to work in that environment and for customers to be served food in such heat, which could lead to health issues. I urge the management to consider closing for the day to address the AC issue and ensure the well-being of the employees and customers.

I am a loyal Subway customer who had disappointing experiences at the Subway located at [redacted] W. 7th Avenue in Corsicana, Texas. On two recent visits, I encountered significant service issues: 1. During my first visit, I waited for 20 minutes without reaching the ordering speaker, leading me to leave due to the long wait. This has happened before, impacting business as I observed other customers also leaving. 2. On another visit, although our order was taken promptly, we waited for thirty minutes at the pickup window, which is not acceptable for fast food. Additionally, the window was visibly dirty. As someone who worked as a restaurant manager, I rarely complain but felt compelled to address these issues. I frequent another Subway nearby, where the service is much quicker, reinforcing the potential for improvement at this location. Hello, During our family trip at the Trafford Centre, we had encounters with many kind and welcoming individuals. However, our experience at Subway in the food court was disappointing. The lady, identified as Yorama, who took our order was rude and unprofessional. She displayed a passive-aggressive attitude, was stereotypical, and made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, her lack of effort in serving us properly left my kids feeling upset and bullied. I addressed the issue with her and hope that this behavior is not repeated with other customers. I placed an order on my mobile app for a Footlong Steak & Cheese Melt on Hearty Multigrain bread with Grilled Steak, Pepper Jack cheese, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Spinach, Pickles, Regular Mayonnaise, Honey Mustard, and Buffalo Sauce. Unfortunately, my order was unexpectedly canceled by the restaurant located at [redacted] Benton Blvd, Savannah, Georgia, and the employee was unable to provide a reason for the cancellation. I am seeking a resolution to receive a full refund credited back to my account.

The local store I visited does not accept coupons, which was not communicated clearly on their door or anywhere else. The staff embarrassed me during checkout, were rude, and difficult to understand. Unfortunately, my order for a footlong meal and a 3-inch kids turkey meal with a cookie was mishandled. I also requested three extra cookies but was denied chips because of that. Despite the confusion, I tried to add a juice box for the kids' meal, but I couldn't understand the response, and it was also refused. Even though I received a drink cup for the footlong meal, the whole ordeal left me with a $14.52 bill and disappointment for my grandkids who missed out on the juice and chips they were anticipating. It's frustrating not knowing in advance which stores honor coupons and which do not.

During my visit to the Foxwood Subway in Ocala, Florida on Thursday, July 21st at 3:30 pm, I was the only one in the lobby, and despite standing at the order here sign, the two employees behind the counter did not acknowledge me for about 10 minutes. When I decided to leave, they mentioned they were working on an online order. I expressed my disappointment at their lack of customer service, but their response was not satisfactory. I felt ignored and disrespected during the interaction. This experience has made me hesitant to return to Subway in the future, considering the numerous dining options available. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of race or ethnicity. I hope that sharing my experience will prompt improvements in customer service at this location.

I recently visited a Subway in New London, CT, where I encountered a very rude sandwich artist who got my order wrong. I had asked for a footlong Spicy Italian with bacon, a six-inch Spicy Italian with bacon, and a Turkey Cali. Unfortunately, when I got home, all I had were BLTs due to the lack of meat. I went back to the store to get the correct sandwiches, but the employee refused to acknowledge the mistake. He argued in front of other customers, claiming I was wrong and insisting on finding the receipt. He even said, "the customer is never right." I left without my food or a refund, as he claimed he would lose money if he had to remake the sandwiches. This was a frustrating experience, and I believe this employee should be terminated. Additionally, he did not provide me with the correct receipt. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

I reside above the Subway on Holly Street in Pasadena. I visit the store around four days a week for sandwiches and to refill my large cup with ice and water. Today, I encountered a situation where the employee was quite aggressive. Despite her behavior, I chose not to confront her. However, as I observed her preparing my sandwich, she handled the food poorly, resulting in a messy sandwich. When I pointed this out, she responded rudely, escalating to her refusing to make it right and using inappropriate language towards me. I informed her I would not pay for it. She then threatened me and called security. I am taken aback by this experience and feel it is important to address her behavior. If needed, I can provide her name as she is currently on duty.

I recently received Subway coupons in the mail. When I visited my local Subway at store #[redacted]-0 in Simpsonville, SC, they refused to accept the coupons. The manager explained that the franchise stores were not participating in the promotion. I was surprised and ended up going to KFC instead for a chicken sandwich. I found it odd that Subway wouldn't honor their own coupons they sent. I would appreciate an explanation as to why I received the coupons if they are not valid at franchise locations like the one I visited. I feel disappointed with the lack of customer service I received from your company. I saw the Boss sandwich advertised on TV and wanted to try it, hoping it would compare to my favorite one at Firehouse Subs. Despite living closer to a Subway in Camarillo, I made the effort to visit your store on Petit Street after volunteering at my church in Chatsworth. When I arrived after 4:00 pm, the store was closed without any warning signs. On a separate occasion, I was informed they were out of meatballs for the Boss sandwich on the west side of town, leaving me empty-handed. When I tried calling another location at 4:00 pm, I only reached voicemail and received no response even after 7:00 pm. Contacting your customer service line was unhelpful, directing me to a paid subscription service after typing out my concerns. It seems like your company is prepared for multiple complaints from customers.

I am curious about why I was charged $2.24 for a cup of water by one of your employees at the Subway near Jackson Hospital in Miami, Florida. I always thought water was supposed to be free. I was simply trying to cool down with a cup of ice water due to my breast cancer issues. Despite explaining that I only had a dollar, the young lady was quite rude, insisting that I pay for the water. Don't you offer complimentary water? As a 56-year-old woman going through some struggles, I found the employee's behavior judgmental and disrespectful. In my experience in hotel housekeeping, customer service has always been a top priority. It might be beneficial for the employee to undergo some manners training. I placed an order online for steak sandwiches, but the store called to say they didn't have steak. I asked for chicken bacon ranch instead, but when I arrived, they didn't have chicken either. I tried to switch to meatball, but they were out of that too. I requested a refund, but instead, my card was charged three times. I've tried calling the store, but no one answers. Now, I've been charged double and overdrawn, incurring two $30 fees. My $23.89 order has now cost me $[redacted].67. I'm disappointed in the rude service and lack of assistance when I called.

My fiancée and I, on a tight budget, were eager to enjoy a meal at our local Subway. We arrived around 11:45am on Wednesday, August 31, to find ourselves as the only customers. We kindly presented a coupon we had received in the mail the day before, offering 3 footlong sandwiches for under $20. The Subway employee, in a rude manner, informed us that they no longer accepted coupons. Despite our confusion, she did not provide a reason and made excuses dismissively. Being unable to afford the footlongs without the coupon, we settled for three six-inch sandwiches. While selecting our sandwiches, I noticed only oatmeal raisin cookies were left and the worker mentioned she was too busy to bake more. Sadly, the food items appeared stale, with wilted lettuce that raised concerns about freshness. Unfortunately, the sandwiches we ordered turned out to be the worst tasting Subway sandwiches we've ever had.
