Hello *I placed an order for two Marc Anthony tickets on December **th, ****. I received the access code and my order info. I purchased these tickets through a guest account. I tried to claim my tickets today (January **th, ****) so I made an account with the messily I used to purchase the tickets. When I went to put in the access code and phone number, it said that the email and the phone number did not match. I believe my account has been locked or frozen because of many “failed attempts”. I want to be able to claim the tickets I bought through the account I just made.
GetHuman1966805 did not yet indicate what StubHub should do to make this right.
