Hello. This is my first time ever selling tickets or even using stub hub at all. I listed * tickets, entered all the info, uploaded pdf tickets, and stub hub asked me if the seats were correct. I said yes. I didn’t realize that it said floor seats. *The tickets were purchased and then the order was canceled b*c the tickets are not on the floor. *I have since relisted the tickets and was able to find the box to change from “Floor” to “level *” and the tickets have sold.*Ok, I just checked my bank account and $*** has been deducted by stub hub. I understand that this is because of my error, but it was a truly honest mistake, as I said, I have never done this before, and I am still learning.*Is there anyway this error fee can be refunded to me or reduced? I apologize for my mistake, I honestly cannot have this amount of money leaving my account right now. *Again, I am sorry, it was truly a mistake. Thank you so much
