Hi, I've tried the stubhub community and haven't heard back. I was in NYC on the weekend and tried to order Giants and Rangers tickets through stub hub. The processing took so long, and it showed that I had no activity in "mytickets", that we had to go ahead and buy more tickets. My friend used stub hub afterwards and it was instant download. We got stuck with tickets that were finally sent to me after we were in the building. How do I get a refund for tickets that weren't sent on time or used. I've used Stub hub several times in past and never had that delay. I even took screen shots on my phone, indicating that there are no orders in my stub hub account.
GetHuman-gfleming did not yet indicate what StubHub should do to make this right.
