Just wanting to check on my order ********-******** and see if there is a label or if it's been shipped out already, it's been sitting on authentication passed for almost a week and I am starting to worry that something has happened with the order, I mainly just want some transparency when so I have a better idea on what stage my order is in. I understand COVID is an issue and I know that limits staff, but as I said, I just want an update to reassure me
