The issue in GetHuman-ccconst's own words
I took a credit card payment on ********* the payment has already went through and square says it has transferred the payment to my account but it is not in my account because squire marked it as a cash payment instead of a card payment my original receipt from where I did the payment says card and square even took out the amount they charge for manually entered card numbers and they just marked it wrong as far as payment type I've said on the phone for two days and cannot get anyone to answer my ears sore and I don't want to sit on the phone anymore but I need to know how to get that fixed.. so basically my question is how can I get the payment type switched from a cash payment to card payment because the money has not hit my account yet and it's been since the **th and on my dashboard it says they transferred it that day and I've already contacted my bank so it's not the problem is not there it's with squire thinking that it was a cash payment and having it marked that way to I need it marked as a card payment
GetHuman-ccconst did not yet indicate what Square should do to make this right.
