The issue in GetHuman-gigifrom's own words
i originally set up a payment arrangement to pay the past due amount in * installments. Sprint changed it by sending me a email without checking with me. I called again this morning and I thought we agreed on the paying the past due amount in * installments. It was set up to pay ***.**. I can’t pay this amount. I have been a sprint customer a very long time . Could you please agree to the original arrangement.
GetHuman-gigifrom did not yet indicate what Sprint should do to make this right.
