I lost a phone. I was trying to obtain a replacement. I have been trying to jump through your security hoops for almost * hours now. I have suceed to the extent that the old phone has been disabled. I have been trying to see about a new device, but My sprint wants my pin. It was set up in July or August of last year. I used my standard pin and it does not work. I keep getting offers to text me. That does me no good without a phone now does it? Your security is so good the account holder can't jump through your hoops.
GetHuman-kookuck did not yet indicate what Sprint should do to make this right.
