I was trying to simply have my battery replaced. ... Sprint Galaxy * - ***-***-*****Contract was up in March, since that time, battery life has shortened considerably. As of yesterday, the phone is almost inoperable - goes black screen* gets stuck on * screen and doesn't progress* keeps reverting back to opening screen* battery drains in less than * minutes. Please advise. Can't afford to lose pictures, contacts, etc. Is it the battery? What?
This was extremely frustrating because it costs me time away from work* money, for leaving work early & for gas to drive * miles for service* and anxiety, because I don't know when the phone will ultimately shut down & leave me stranded because the battery needs to be replaced!
They could make this right by simply replacing the battery
