I have apparently been getting charged for having * accounts for ** months. I found this out last week as I was going through my bank statement. It could have been more but my online bank records do not show past then. I have only ever used * account and it has been on only * different phones. It is hard to believe that I accidentally made a second account. I would like to get refunded for each month of the second accounts usage. I find it hard to believe that you can't recognize that an an account is using the same name and credit card number and information. Please backlog the amount of months that the more recent account was open and unsubscribe.

GetHuman-tylerupd did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
