I bought a family plan under my wife's name and email: *****@***.com and paid with my credit card. I sent invitations to family members residing with us, including me: *****@***.com. I logged out of her spotify account and opened the invitation in email. When I tried to register, I added the address, confirmed the residence but then got a message that I was about the join the David W. Hanson plan. That is me. I had ordered under Joyce's plan but it seems to be recorded by me based on credit card. I paid for a family plan on ***Nov and a single premium account one week earlier. However, I am not getting access the the account that I created. Do I need to log in to my wife's account and change it to me, then issue her an account? If I can't resolve this I will cancel our family membership.
