Someone is using my spotify login since I was FORCED to get a family plan. I have been a loyal customer ** years and am now being forced to have a family membership. My whole playlist is getting added to, music is randomly pausing and skipping songs. I can honestly say this has been the worst idea your company could have came up with. I don't really care for **$ more per year, but this is simply not acceptable. I found the * peoples account linked to mine and deactivtaed them (however they got there to begin with). I am STILL getting login messages and notifications that people are connecting. I have changed my password * times and logged off at least ** times. At this point this whole ordeal has costed me ***$ in time to try and resolve the issue. Please help resolve.....*Sincerely Derek
