Spotify doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-rogervon will need to dig through the advice provided by Spotify, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-rogervon's own words
When I attempt to create a new playlist, it says that my playlists are full and I need to delete some playlists. I have deleted A LOT of my playlists it still says the same thing. If it was such a problem, then why did Spotify alloy me to create and maintain my playlists from the beginning? * Also when I play an artist, it will play a * or * of their songs then Spotify switches over to another album that I had been listening to much earlier in the *week.* I want to have the ability (as I had before) to begin to put together a few more playlists, without being quickly rejected saying I have to many again.* When I set a playlist to 'shuffle' it just shuffles through the same songs over and over. In effect turning out to become its own top ** station. Essentially telling me that I can only listen to these songs...repeatedly. That IT has decided to choose for me. * If you are going to email me back telling me that this will all be fixed if I just 'upgrade' * No, these problems were not a part of what what I was told when I began with Spotify. No bate and switch.
