I have been paying for the premium spotify to be able to have multiple users on my account so it doesn't interfere with me playing my music on my phone while others listen on their device by me paying **.** For the multi user plan and It is not clear how to set up the multi user plan I've been paying For Several months now. So it stops one device to play on the other my problem and dilemma is how do I set up each user so we don't interfere with each other because it didn't clearly prompt me to the area in the app to do so it just keeps me log in on each device instead of asking for a specific user out of the * that I believe I was allowed for my spotify family plan which is more than the basic spotify premium how can I be compensated for lost time and money spent for something I haven't been able to use and still can't until you guys direct me to do so clearly.
