My account is disabled because spotify charged the wrong amount for my account. I am a student and I updated my student status before expiration and spotify started charging the full $*.** rate as of **** and it should be $*.**. I notified the credit card to let them know it should be $*.** going forward. I called the credit card company and on **** there is an incorrect charge again for the $*.** and it should be the student rate. Spotify disabled the account prematurely since spotify should only have charged the student rate. I would like my account activated and my account charged the student rate of $*.** going forward. I would also like the difference for the **** charge of $*.** ($*.**-$*.**) credited back to my credit card.
