Good morning, I have purchased flights for my children to come from Canada to Florida for Christmas but due to Covid -** they are unable to leave the Country so our Dec flights with United Airlines were rescheduled for May **,****. On May **, they were going to fly from MCO to Nashville with Spirit so they could see our home in Nashville prior to flying back home to Canada on May **, ****. As a result of the travel restrictions still in place, the flights were cancelled all together until this pandemic is over. I requested a refund of $*** for the * flights I booked but was told that I could only get a travel voucher, expiring Sept ****. This is not possible use because we don't know when they will be able to leave the Country of Canada without quarantine rules in place upon returning home. As a *st time customer, this is not a very good experience for me. I would like a refund so that I can rebook the flights whenever they are allow to resume travel so we could have our Christmas. As a result of losing * immediate family member in ****, it was imperative to have the family together. Due to Covid, this was not possible in **** and will resume in **** most likely. I would really appreciate a full refund for $***. The flight confirmation *is QLJ**R, the flights are for Jonathan Jordan, Andrew Schoneveld, Laura Fraser and Cameron Maddison. I would really appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Sue Reynolds.
