There appears to be an automatic renewal spirit ai charge. I suspect i inadvertently signed up for it last january. I found the on line experience to purchase of airfare so confusing, I gave up trying to figure it out DESPITE suspecting paying TWICE for a pair of round trip tickets AND extra for never received expedited help for my disabled father. The extremely cramped seats were a bad experience for older passengers. NOW... * year after buying these tickets, I'm being charged for something?? At the time of purchase and prior experiencing the flight, I thought....this discount club sounded like a good idea IF.....IF....IF.... I ever bought future tickets... I'd get a discount. I didn't think I'd be getting an ANNUAL charge, whether or not I EVER bought tickets. PLEASE REFUND ME THIS CHARGE AND CANCEL ANY AND ALL FUTURE CHARGES. Especially since I've DOUBLY PAID FOR THE TICKETS TO BEGIN WITH.
