My wife an I booked a flight leaving on the *th from Arnold Palmer in Latrobe to Myrtle Beach round trip. The price was great, when we arrived in myrtle beach around *am in the morning we were called home to Pennsylvania and had to rebook a flight home the next day. We were there for our **th wedding anniversary. When I rebooked I was told that the first flight would take care of most of the costs since we had a round trip ticket that was already paid for. I just received our Discover Card bill and there is a ***.** charge on there for rebooking. I do appreciate you getting me home so I could make life and death decisions for my mother but I am asking for consideration of some sort of rebate on our rebooking. We have only flew twice on Spirit and don't know the ropes as some do. I'm not asking that you void the whole amount but could you please refund a portion of it. My wife and I thank you in advance.
