On June **th I booked a round trip flight, from Chicago to San Diego, through Spirit Airlines.*I received an email the following day stating there was an issue with the transaction, and there were no changes made to my card.*However, $***.** was withdrawn.*I called to sort this issue out, and I was told I'd recieve a FULL refund within ** hours. An email with the refund amounts was sent to me. The issue is this: $***.** * $***.** * $***.**.*$**.** is missing.*If $***.** was withdrawn from my account. I expect to see $***.** returned. *That is what a FULL refund is.*When will my ALL of my money be returned?
GetHuman-cgaylord did not yet indicate what Spirit should do to make this right.
