I have issues with a Sony **" TV I bought at Best Buy. Turned it self early morning hours. Have had Geek Squad over numerous times and parts replaced. It continues with the same issues. They have data history of calls, complaints and been to my house, to no avail. They are refusing to write it up to Sony to be returned or credit my account. I am at the last rope with them. I have my logs of times, dates, issues with the TV, since I bought on ********* at Fire Wheel Best Buy Store, Garland, Texas. ***I am asking that the sound bar that I bought as a Bundle with the Tv, I want to return it, as it has not serve me no purpose. The Sony TV and Sony sound bar do not synch. I don't need the Sound Bar and have not been able to used with the Tv. I called Best Buy and policy is only ** days. **I have been dealing with Geek Squad since November **** to have the TV matters resolved and YES, the ** days have expired, cause I kept calling them to come and fixed up whatever is wrong. Never did I think, that it couldn't be fixed and continue to have issues as now ********.**But since, I bought the TV and Sound Bar as a bundle, I have had issues and the Geek Squad are not not able to resolved. The Sony TV is defective, malfunctioning and I need some remedies now from Sony. Best Buy*Geek Squad can't do no more. **The Sony software*technology needs to be review*investigate before it is put out in the market. **I want the TV Sony XBR**X***F and Sony *K HDR*.* wireless sound bard HTZ**F to be return to the store and be given a full refund. They are refusing and I done all I can on my side to have this matter of TV issues to be resolved at no avail. **Can someone, contact me and tell me what the next steps. I been ripped off in money and time and have products esp. the TV that is not functional and no need of the sound bar. I want results. Thank You. E. L.
