My account, XxvalariexX777, has been suspended for 30 days. I no longer post in the community where the violation occurred after my initial 7-day suspension. I have been compliant with the rules since then and believe this current suspension is unjust. Please lift my suspension today, as it is affecting my game time during my college break. Additionally, being suspended at 1 am while playing eso seems excessive. I urge you to reconsider and reinstate my account as I have not engaged in any wrongful behavior this time.

Since the recent update, my TV model X8507C has been rebooting whenever I press the "home" button to access the smart TV apps. Sometimes, it even restarts on its own. Following a Google search, I visited Sony's website and attempted to factory reset it as advised. Despite selecting "yes" to erase everything in the settings, the reset wouldn't proceed. After multiple attempts, I resorted to a hard reset, which exacerbated the situation. Now, the TV is stuck in a continuous restart loop, displaying the Sony logo, attempting to complete the multi-colored android cycle, and then restarting again. It's frustrating to see such an expensive TV malfunction so quickly (within 2 years). What a mess.

My PS4 unexpectedly reset and deleted all my games. Re-downloading them with my slow internet speed was time-consuming. After being unable to sign in, I had to create a new PSN account and was mistakenly charged $7.99 for PS Plus without receiving the service. These issues have made me hesitant to trust Sony. I'm a loyal customer and own several Sony products, but these recent problems have been frustrating. Could Sony provide me with a PS Plus code and possibly store credit for a new game? My PlayStation 4 has been malfunctioning for a week now. It all started when I placed it in rest mode, and the following day, upon turning it on, an error code appeared. I tried to report the issue it mentioned, but as everything was fine before, I couldn't understand what was wrong. After hours of searching for solutions, I discovered I could enter safe mode and update the system software, which granted me access to my account. Despite this, the issues persisted. While playing games with a LAN cable connected, unusual lagging occurred, even though I never experienced this before. Every game I played suffered from lag. Not only the games, but the entire system was slow, especially on the home menu. Eventually, my PlayStation started freezing and displaying a black screen daily during gameplay. It has become quite bothersome, and I'm hopeful that Sony can provide assistance to resolve these issues.

I purchased a new Sony TV and sound bar in April. Unfortunately, the sound stopped working while watching TV shows. Best Buy replaced the TV, but the sound issue persisted. They referred me to United Radio for assistance. I had to send the sound bar and woofer to them for repairs. After a part was replaced, it was returned to me, but the sound problem remains. I am frustrated with Sony's lack of support for their products given the substantial amount I spent on this system. I suspect there might be faulty software causing the issue. I believe Sony should either replace the whole system or provide a refund for my purchase.

I recently purchased a new TV model 950G and have connected my TiVo and Roku devices to it using HDMI cables. I am facing issues with the TV remote as it's not turning the TV off when I press the power button (it can turn on by hitting the TV button though). The TiVo remote is also not responding to turn the TV on or off, set inputs, or adjust the volume despite trying different codes provided by TiVo's customer service. Both TiVo remotes work well with my older Sony TV. Interestingly, the Roku remote works perfectly and can turn the TV on and off without any problems. Initially, the Sony remote worked fine with the new TV for about a day, and the TiVo remotes worked initially but stopped working afterward.

I have a 42-inch Sony Bravia TV without Bluetooth. Although the TV is great, my wife and I, both deaf, were advised that a sound system could enhance our viewing experience. We found a second-hand system on Facebook, but the connections are different from our TV setup. Our TV has 5 component jack plug-ins on the back and 4 jack plugs on the side, including one for headphones, three in yellow, white, and red, and an HDMI input. The sound system we are interested in has a transformer that connects to the mains and 4 speakers that plug into a base unit resembling a computer box. The speaker plugs are square with two holes, which are not compatible with our TV. I am wondering if adapters are available to connect the speakers to the TV. The seller suggested connecting them to a DVD system, but both our TV and DVD player have jack plugs. If this solution does not work, I would appreciate recommendations for a Sony sound system that is easy to set up, considering our age and the age of our TV. I am happy to provide photos if needed. I purchased the FIFA 20 Ultimate Edition for £80.99 with EA Access. I submitted a refund form after not enjoying the game, but didn't receive a response. Assuming the refund wasn't processed, I attempted to play the game on my PlayStation last night. To my surprise, my account has been banned. Upon checking my emails, I found a message from PayPal confirming a full refund. I believe this refund led to the ban due to rules I unknowingly violated. I'm eager to resolve this issue promptly to regain access to my account. I will likely repurchase FIFA on the PlayStation Store to lift the ban. My US PlayStation account was hacked, and I had to call the US from Brunei which was quite costly. I've invested a lot of money in this account with hundreds of titles, prompting me to reach out to reclaim it.
My main goal was to revert the account back to my original email (altered by the hacker) to secure it promptly.
Why the complexity? Why is it necessary for me to locate my PS3 serial number which I no longer have as I am now using a PS4?
All I'm seeking is to restore the email address to the one I used before (which belongs to me). I am willing to provide my email, purchase details, and any other verification necessary... Isn't that sufficient proof that I'm simply trying to regain access to my own account?

On the 11th of October, [redacted], at 10:45:16 pm, I encountered error CE-[redacted]-0 while using the Minecraft application on my PS4. This error appears to be a result of a hardware issue with the console, not the game itself. I attempted to resolve the problem by entering Safe Mode and rebuilding the database. However, when connecting my DUALSHOCK 4 controller with the USB cable, the controller's lights change color but no changes occur on the screen, which remains stuck at the instruction to connect the controller. The main concern is that the world I was on before the crash did not save properly. Upon restarting the game, the world was labeled as a "Corrupted Save" leading to the loss of all progress made. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps, including reentering the world seed, the saved data remains unavailable, and all creations are lost. I am seeking assistance to recover this lost world.

My son purchased a PS4 on August 23, [redacted], using money from his aunt's children's death benefits. Unfortunately, after a little over a year, the console wouldn't start up. We also recently bought $70 worth of PSN cards. I have been a loyal Sony player, although my other son opted for a Microsoft Xbox one a year before and it's still working well. I believe a gaming console shouldn't stop functioning after only 14 months, so I kindly request a replacement. If we do not receive a response, it may affect our future choices. I attempted to purchase the battle pass using my credit card, but when I selected the credit card option, the system prompted me to use a gift card instead. Even though I already added $10 to my account, I chose not to proceed with the purchase by backing out. I recently purchased Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Need for Speed Heat from the store. Unfortunately, I encountered issues playing both games today. I am having trouble with the TV guide On Screen feature. Even after performing a reset and factory reset, I am unable to see the channel numbers and logos on the screen. My TV is connected to an antenna. The power button is green, but the pic/off timer appears orange. In the Guide Setup Progress section under SETUP, the Step tile has a green check mark while the others have red check marks indicating they have been in progress since connecting the antenna.
