My account has been banned, and I'm concerned for my grandson who enjoys playing games on it. In October, $[redacted] was added to my account without my knowledge or authorization. I attempted to contact PlayStation immediately but couldn't get through, so I informed my credit card company, who initiated a fraud claim. Subsequently, my grandson informed me that he couldn't access his account or the games I had purchased for him. I've always paid for items on my PlayStation account and have never disputed any legitimate charges. It's unfair that my account is now blocked due to unauthorized activity that I promptly reported. I'm requesting to have my account unbanned so my grandson can enjoy the games and extras I've purchased for him. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to resolving it promptly.

I previously turned off the auto-renew option for my PlayStation subscription, yet you deducted money for a one-year renewal. Around two weeks back, an awful white noise started blasting whenever we loaded HBO Go or DC Universe content, sounding like a glitched-out jackhammer. Now, every Netflix show is plagued by this horrible sound. The problem appears to only affect the optical output. It has rendered the television completely unusable. Interestingly, the Samsung TV upstairs doesn't have any of these issues, ruling out a network problem.

Last night, my children mistakenly ordered two separate PlayStation Plus accounts. One was for $9.99, and the other, associated with my account, was for $24.99. I bought the Fallout 4 Game of the Year Edition with all the DLCs. Initially, it worked perfectly fine, and I played without any issues. However, after deleting the game to make space for another one, I am unable to download the DLCs or access them even though my trophies indicate that I had them before. I recently bought the Fallout 4 Game of the Year Edition, which includes all the DLCs. The first time I downloaded it, everything worked perfectly, and all the DLCs were there. However, after deleting it to free up space and redownloading, the DLCs were missing, and the PlayStation Store didn't show my purchase. I need assistance regarding unauthorized charges on my credit card related to PlayStation. Citi Bank advised me to contact PlayStation to cancel the account affected by the fraudulent activity. Despite not having opened an account, Citi Bank indicated this process needs to be done through PlayStation as they are a third-party. I've already requested a new card from Citi Bank, but charges reoccurred before I even received it. I attempted to reach PlayStation at [redacted] without success. This morning, the amber light appeared on my Sony XBR65A1E television, causing it to be unresponsive. Seeking help, I contacted Sony's TV support representative. Following their guidance, I unplugged the TV from the surge protector, pressed the power button along with the button below it on the back of the QLED, and then plugged the power cord back into the surge protector simultaneously. A green light appeared for about 5 to 7 minutes, after which the screen went blank. Unfortunately, I couldn't power the TV back on, leading me to seek further assistance by visiting the online chat support for help.

I have been using the username "Agent_Nya" for my account, and for the past 3 years, I have encountered an issue where I cannot log in. Even though I remember my email and password correctly, each time I try to sign in, I receive the message:
"Cannot sign in. Ask your family manager for help.
For your child to sign in, you must sign in to your account and accept the Terms of Service/User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
If your child's account is set to a different language, you must switch the language setting of your account to the same language and then accept the Terms of Service/User Agreement and Privacy Policy. To change your language, log into the PS4 and go to [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] > [Language]."
I am above 18 years old, and all other accounts, including the family manager's, have already agreed to the new terms and conditions. I have made purchases on my "Agent_Nya" account, and I kindly ask for your help as I've been unable to access my past acquisitions.

I bought Sony's True Wireless Noise Canceling In-Ear Headphones (WF-1000XM3) on 11/4/[redacted] from online retailer Zebit.com. Initially, the product worked well. It was easy to pair with my Apple iPhone XR, and the sound and noise-canceling features were impressive. However, starting in late December, the headphones stopped pairing with my iPhone. I tried resetting both my phone and the headphones, even attempted to pair them with another device with no success. Upon researching, I discovered that other Apple users had encountered similar issues after updating their iPhone operating systems. I haven't found a solution yet, which is why I am considering reaching out to Sony for help.

On December 25th, I received Call of Duty Modern Warfare, the [redacted] version. Due to my slow internet, the massive 87 GB update took nearly a month to complete. After finally updating, I enjoyed playing for two days until my PS4 Pro froze when I returned home one day. Despite trying to put it in rest mode without success, I eventually had to unplug it. After going through the system storage steps, the update I worked on for a week was inexplicably gone when I restarted the game. Now I’m prompted to redownload the update, and I’m frustrated at the thought of spending another month on it. I need help figuring out how to recover the lost update without going through the lengthy download process again.

I need assistance with my Sony Blu-ray Disc/DVD Home Theatre System, model BVD-E770W/T77. After playing DVDs with 5.1 sound successfully, I am unable to get sound from the FM radio feature. Despite trying to toggle the muting function, no sound is produced. The radio station I listen to is [redacted].7, with "Tuned" above the 0, "ST" above the 7, and "S-Air" above the last digit. Wondering if the S-Air function is interfering with the sound output to my 5.1 speaker system. I primarily use the FM radio and need help resolving this issue. When I connect the mic that came with my PS4 to my controllers, the sound cuts out periodically, making it hard to hear my chat mates. This occurs with all three of my controllers, so I don't believe the issue lies there. Even when I use a different mic, the problem persists, ruling out the mic as the cause.
Additionally, when playing Overwatch and joining the team chat, I get kicked out within seconds. I initially thought it might be due to wifi interference, but I've had my setup for over a year, and this issue only started in November [redacted]. I'm now considering if the antenna needs replacing. Any advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble accessing my Sony account. The system said my password was incorrect, so I attempted to reset it, but now I'm locked out. It stated the lockout would last 24 hours, but it actually expired after only 10 minutes before I could create a new password. I am now unable to access both of my accounts. I was in the process of linking my YOU-knw-I-GOT-it account. I need assistance as I believe the password I entered was correct, as it's the only one I use. Yesterday, I responded to a post about a player needing a POH Boss checkpoint in Destiny 2. While jokingly mentioning a fee of $5 per person, I never planned to go through with it as it violates PSN guidelines. After joining them, they quickly left once they got the checkpoint, unfairly using me in the process. I did not charge them and just wanted to complete the activity. Unfortunately, they reported me, leading to my current ban. I ask for the ban to be lifted so I can continue playing Destiny 2, especially during these tough times with the coronavirus affecting my mental health.
