I never verified my phone number or email and no one has still gotten back to me in a week. I just need to recover my account because I feel like it is hacked and there was a password change please respond

I was trying to contact Snapchat support ASAP because I feel like my Snapchat is hacked because I know my password ... One day I changed my password, I wrote it down but when I logged and tried to log back in it keeps saying incorrect password but I know it’s right, I connected Snapchat support and they still haven’t got back to. I haven’t had my account for * days I never verified my phone or email and I just really want it back, please help

This is ver frustrating because everytime they respond they give me articles and sites to change the password but I’ve tried that already and when the respond the only respond once and then never again
