Hi! We have been customers of Skype for the past ** years. We originally purchased a Skype phone number and subscription because we lived in Japan and it was the best way to stay connected to friends and family. We just moved back to the US and no longer have need for Skype.**Each year, we it came time to renew our subscriptions, it was always difficult to add money to our account. So when I had the opportunity to put a surplus into our account last year, I did in order to make the following year easier.**Fast forward a year... we're back in the USA and no longer need Skype services. I would like to have my money (the surplus in my account) refunded to my PayPal account. **Can you please assist me with my request? Thanks in advance for your help!
