After you've placed an order with Shutterfly, it's usually only possible to adjust it within a 30-minute 'grace period'. During this time, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the changes you desire. To do this, go to your Order History and you'll see the option to cancel it. If it's been more than 30 minutes since you placed the order, modifications or cancellations aren't typically permitted as Shutterfly begins creating your order quickly to ensure timely delivery.
