After you cancel your order, any promotions you used in the order will be returned to your account. You can find them in your Special Offers section. You might have to sign out and then sign back in again in order to see them.In-store pickup orders cannot be canceled. Neither can video plans, prepaid plans, or orders using gift certificates.If the reason you are canceling your order is because you used the wrong shipping address, and if you are outside the 30 minute cancellation window, use the Shutterfly chatbot. Ask it if the shipping address can still be changed on your order. If it can, follow the instructions it gives you to change the address. If it is too late to change it and your order gets returned, Shutterfly will contact you to arrange resending it. If your package was shipped via UPS, it may be possible to contact UPS and have them change the shipping address.You can't make any changes to the order after it has been placed.
