I am frustrated with the issues I encountered trying to order a photobook. After painstakingly making corrections and adding photos to blank pages, I was dismayed to find that the preview displayed an outdated version with mistakes and blank pages. I saved my work diligently, but it seems my efforts were not reflected in the final preview. I am concerned that the photobook I received may have the same errors. I had a positive experience with a previous order, so this situation is disappointing. I am unsure if I made an error in the process. I previously shared my dissatisfaction via email. My package was initially scheduled for delivery on 3-7-22. I saw the status as "out for delivery" on our local post office's website. But on 3-5, the delivery window changed to 3-6 to 3-10, still showing "out for delivery." I reached out to the post office with the tracking number, but nobody could locate the package. It was a special thank you gift, so it's disappointing. Today, I couldn't get through over the phone, and a staff member even hung up on me recently. I recently received my blanket order with custom art and red lettering at the bottom. Unfortunately, the lettering came out very blurry, to the point where only two letters are somewhat visible. The red lettering looks like two long, smeared lines, which greatly affects the overall quality. Even though the preview looked fine, the actual blanket is not acceptable due to the poor printing quality. I am disappointed that this issue wasn't caught by the proofing team. The cost of the item doesn't justify such low quality. I am requesting a replacement blanket with the lettering done correctly. If ensuring the clarity of all the lettering is not possible, I would prefer to have the entire lettering removed and the image reprinted. I hope to reach a real person at Shutterfly soon to address this issue and get a new blanket promptly.

This evening, I placed an order for Christmas cards and also had photos developed at CVS using the same pictures. Upon picking up my framed photos, I noticed a yellow hue that wasn't present on my computer screen. The CVS staff mentioned that the photographer might have adjusted the colors to appear warmer. Unfortunately, my granddaughter's white dress looks yellow, and Santa's white fur appears yellowed in the printed photos. Can Shutterfly ensure the colors will be accurate before printing my Christmas cards? I am quite upset about this discrepancy.

I recently ordered a coffee cup with the design "Best Dad". However, the cup I received today on 12/17 is completely black, making the custom printing barely visible. While creating my Shutterfly photo album, my computer experienced technical issues, so I worked on it using my phone instead. I placed the order last night. However, after my laptop started working again, I checked the order and realized that some photos were of low quality and not centered, which I didn't notice on my phone. I hope to avoid having to reorder the album and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to edit the current order to improve the quality before it is delivered as a gift.

I purchased a Groupon deal for a $10 calendar and redeemed it before the February 28th expiration date. After attempting to complete my order within the 6-day redemption period, the total in my cart suddenly showed over $20. Although I had already applied the promo code and paid $10 to Groupon, Shutterfly was trying to charge me more. I reached out to the customer service chat twice in the last two days. Unfortunately, both times, the chat ended abruptly while the agents were investigating. I can't locate an email for further contact. I need assistance to obtain my calendar for the amount I have already paid. Thank you for your help.

I placed my Christmas order on December 3rd, but it still hasn't been delivered. The tracking number indicates it's awaiting pickup at the warehouse. Despite numerous attempts to contact Shutterfly Assistant, submitting 3-4 cases, and spending hours on hold, I have not received any follow-up. After waiting on hold for another 25 minutes today, I was directed to voicemail instead of speaking to a representative. My order number is [redacted]78-[redacted].
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received. I would like my order to be delivered and a full refund issued. Although the calendar was delivered to a different address, the rest of my order never arrived. I had purchased frames to create Christmas gifts with these pictures. I have completed my photobook project, which includes text, after editing it three times. There are four minor issues that could impact the final printing, and I need guidance from a real person to resolve them. Despite trying to get help through chats, I still lack the qualified information needed. I am willing to pay for assistance and would like to speak with a live person rather than an automated voice. At 76 years old, I use the computer daily but struggle with intricate directions. One issue I face is removing a page entirely and replacing it with a new copy. I was ordering on 8-9-23 using promo code KCJBWKkOPG valid until 8-9-23 which offered discounts on 4x6 and 8x10 prints. Despite selecting and editing photos for hours, the promo code didn't work at checkout. I attempted to manage promo codes and reapply it multiple times without success. I was attempting to meet a midnight deadline to use a discount code. When I checked my cart, I was just shy of qualifying for free shipping by about $15. I decided to add a duplicate of one of my books priced at $31 with a 50% discount. Surprisingly, now I was $9 short of free shipping. I proceeded to order some prints and enlargements, which totaled more than $9, but the system indicated I was now $1.09 short. This continued, and eventually, I was only short by $0.66. This experience feels frustrating and possibly misleading. Unfortunately, by the time I encountered these issues, it was past midnight, and I couldn't reach a customer service representative. I placed an order for a photo book with expedited service scheduled to arrive today, 9/26. My Order #[redacted]17-[redacted]. Yesterday, I checked the order status and saw it was still in the creation stage. I reached out to customer service through chat and was informed they requested an expedited print to hopefully get it to me by tomorrow or Thursday. However, the order status has yet to change from "being created." I urgently need the book by tomorrow or Thursday, if possible.
