I just ordered holiday cards and the promotion wasn't applied when I paid at checkout. I tried the chat option to contact customer service and it said all agents were busy and to try again some other time. I also used the phone number you provided and the wait time was almost * hour. Please help!

After several attempts to get through to customer service by phone or chat, I finally spoke directly to a company representative. I explained that the **% promo code didn't change the price at check out. The representative did some quick research and explained that the price was discounted **% prior to checkout so I did get the lower price on the holiday cards. He then offered me an additional **% off which was a new promotion that was occurring on the day I spoke with him.
Please help with my Shutterfly issue
